Starview Retreat

A workshop where resiliency, mindfulness and balance are the focus of healing when dealing with trauma and grief.

Resiliency is the ability to withstand emotional or physical difficulties. Balance requires awareness of all emotions, including warmth, comfort and kindness to oneself. With persistence, practice and patience resiliency and balance can be learned and we can become closer to the healing process.

Our Mission

Our aim at StarView Retreat  is to give permission to grieve as well as permission to balance our daily responsibilities of life. Rushing to recover after stressful situations can many times make things worse. If we are mindful of our emotions and feelings around loss, trauma, change and death and are able to incorporate balance in our lives it may open up doors that allow us to grieve but also allow us to live our lives to the best ability we can, with no personal judgement, self criticism or self blame. We must live a life of balance to be able to own a life with balance.
