• What is the price and what does it include

$500 for the day, this includes morning and afternoon programs as well as lunch. For more info on the program see the itinerary page.

• When is the deadline to RSVP?

Full payment is due by May 10th.

• Will there be more retreats?

Our next retreat will be Saturday November 9th, 2024 at the Sandy Valley Ranch.

• Am I a good fit for the retreat?

StarView welcomes those 18 and older who are seeking support and guidance from life’s difficult and emotional challenges.

• What is the attire?

Please note that you will want to wear comfortable clothing to allow for movement and flexibility. There will be minimal walking, so please keep this in mind for footwear.

• What should I bring for the activities?

Please bring a yoga mat or any item you can comfortably lay on for some of the outdoor activities. We will also be providing paper and pens should you choose to decide to take notes in any of the activities. Feel free to bring your own journal or writing material.

• How long is the retreat?

The retreat will take place from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Itinarary is on this site.

• Will food be served?

Early morning snacks will be provided. Lunch will be provided as well. When you sign up for the retreat, a meal choice will be offered to accommodate for dietary restrictions.

• Do I need to bring a water bottle?

Please feel free to bring a water bottle as there will be water stations throughout the ranch.

• What if I’d like to spend the evening on the ranch?
